DUBAI: The United States launched a ninth consecutive day of military strikes against Iran on Monday, further intensifying the ongoing conflict that has heightened security concerns across the Middle East and disrupted maritime traffic through the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz.

According to reports, the latest wave of U.S. strikes targeted Iranian military positions as Washington continued its campaign following the death of another American service member, who was reportedly killed in Iraq during the controlled disposal of a downed Iranian drone.
